Report a possible error
Use the current contact routes. Include the page URL, the exact passage, why it may be wrong, and a supporting official or first-party source if available.
Review process
- Locate the exact claim and the evidence previously used.
- Check the responsible authority or first-party source and, where needed, a second reliable source.
- Record unresolved conflict instead of silently choosing the more convenient version.
- Correct a confirmed material error everywhere it appears: guide copy, comparison, planner, metadata, structured data and downloadable material.
- Advance the substantive-update date only when the route received substantive editorial work.
- Add a visible correction note when the prior error could reasonably have changed a reader's decision.
Minor spelling, formatting and accessibility fixes may be made without a public correction note. A submission is reviewed on its evidence; no response time or outcome is promised.
When content is withdrawn
If a consequential claim cannot be responsibly supported, it may be qualified, removed or temporarily withdrawn while the evidence is rebuilt. A page with no current replacement is returned with an appropriate 404 or 410 status rather than left online as a misleading success page.
