This policy explains how TIMPAEMI CO., LTD. ("we", "us"), publishing Move to Pattaya under the TimPaemi brand, handles information connected with this website. We've written it to be readable, not to hide behind legalese.

What we collect

• Your plan details — the answers you give the planner and the planning summary it generates remain in your browser. Email delivery is currently offline, and the released planner does not submit those details to us.
• Basic analytics — aggregate usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate region collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics. We do not collect your name through analytics.
• Messages you choose to send elsewhere — the contact page lists current third-party communication channels. If you initiate a message there, that service processes the details you choose to send under its own terms; this website does not capture the message first.

We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, sensitive information such as passport scans, financial account numbers or health records through this site. Do not send those through a public messaging channel.

Why we collect it

• To reply when you contact us — to answer a message you independently initiate through a current channel on the contact page.
• To improve the site — to see which guides are useful, fix what isn't, and keep our figures relevant.

That's it. We don't build advertising profiles, and we don't use your details to market unrelated products.

Who we share it with

The website uses one named infrastructure provider to serve pages and produce aggregate usage statistics:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare processes network requests so pages and static planning tools load and produces aggregate usage statistics.

No email or form-delivery processor is enabled for the current release. If you follow a link to LINE or another external communication platform, you are leaving this site and that platform's privacy terms apply.

If you ask us to coordinate part of your move and engage a specialist (for example a visa specialist or insurer), we'll only pass on the details needed to do what you've asked, and only with your knowledge — never for a commission.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and understand aggregate usage. The beacon is loaded asynchronously and does not require the publication to set an analytics cookie. Blocking the analytics request will not stop the site working.

Arrival checklist storage — added 7 September 2026. The arrival checklist saves only the identifiers of tasks you have checked and a format version in this browser. It does not ask for names, dates, document uploads or other personal inputs, and it does not send your checkmarks to us. The English, German and Russian checklists share the same progress on this device and browser. Use Clear progress on the checklist or clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove it. If browser storage is unavailable, the checklist still works on the current page but may lose its checks when you leave; export or print a copy to keep them. An exported file stays wherever you choose to save it.

How long we keep it

The current website does not create a lead or contact-form record. If you independently contact us through a listed external channel, we keep the resulting correspondence only as long as needed to help you and for a reasonable record-keeping period, then delete it. Aggregate analytics data is retained under the configured Cloudflare service settings. To request earlier removal of correspondence we control, use a current route on the contact page.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct anything that's wrong;
• Delete your information from our records.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we'll action it promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local data protection law (such as the EU/UK GDPR or Thailand's PDPA); we'll honour applicable rights on request.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning a move. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where a plan concerns your children's schooling, that information comes from you, the parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we'll change the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
