Concierge pricing starts at ฿19,000 and is quoted per move because every situation differs — number of visas, school viewings, vehicle and insurance needs. We confirm a fixed price in writing before any work begins, with no commission baked in.
Most "free" relocation help isn't free — it's paid for by the agent, developer, insurer or school on the other side of the deal, out of a commission you never see. That's fine right up until the moment the cheapest or best option for you pays the smallest commission. Then the incentive quietly bends against you.
We removed that incentive entirely. When you hire a visa specialist, an insurer, a school or a moving company through us, you pay them directly at their normal price. We take no referral fee, no kickback, no "preferred partner" margin. The only money we make is the flat fee you pay us for coordination — which means our only job is to get you the right answer, not to steer you toward whoever pays us most.
Research and writing of your plan, the legwork of coordinating specialists, and someone independent in your corner during the move. What it never pays for: nudging you toward a recommendation because it earns us a cut. It can't — there is no cut.

Yes — start with the Move Plan or a single à la carte service and upgrade to full Concierge whenever you like. What you've already paid toward the Move Plan is credited against the Concierge fee, so you never pay twice for the same work.
No. Government visa fees, school fees, insurance premiums and shipping are paid by you directly to each provider at their normal price. We only ever charge our own coordination fee — and we show you the estimated third-party costs up front so there are no surprises.
The Move Plan is a written deliverable, so once it's researched and sent it isn't refundable — but if we haven't started, just tell us. For Concierge we agree a fixed scope and price in writing first, so you always know what you're committing to before any work begins.
