Paid work depends on availability and an agreed proposal. External fees are separate unless that proposal explicitly includes them.

// Commercial relationship

What “commission-free” means here

The publication does not accept referral commission from a school, clinic, insurer, visa specialist, property provider or other operator for a reader's choice. A mention in a guide is not a paid placement unless it is labelled as such.

If a paid planning engagement is agreed, its fee pays only for the work described in that agreement. You contract with and pay any external specialist directly, unless a written proposal expressly states a different, lawful arrangement. We do not present ourselves as the government authority, law firm, licensed immigration adviser, medical provider or financial adviser.

No automatic engagement

An enquiry does not book a service. Agree the written proposal before making a payment or relying on a start date.

External costs can include government charges, professional fees, school fees, insurance premiums, travel, transport or shipping. Confirm them with the responsible provider; a planning estimate is not a binding third-party quote.

Service questions

Is paid support currently available?

Ask through the contact page. Availability and response times vary. A written proposal confirms the work, timing and price before you commit.

What should a written proposal include?

At minimum: the deliverable, exclusions, information you must provide, timing, fee and taxes, third-party costs, payment terms, cancellation or refund terms, and the limits of the work. If any of those are unclear, ask before accepting.

Can you guarantee a visa, school place, bank account or other outcome?

No. Decisions belong to the relevant authority or provider and depend on your documents and circumstances. Planning or coordination can organise the process; it cannot guarantee approval or availability.

Who provides legal, immigration, tax, medical or financial advice?

A suitably qualified professional, engaged separately where needed. The publication and its planning tools provide general information and questions to verify, not regulated professional advice.

What are the cancellation and refund terms?

They depend on the specific paid engagement and must appear in its written agreement before payment. This page does not impose or promise a universal refund policy.
